- To register with the home builder to buy a home at your desired community, accept the Representation Agreement confirming Rebata / Advocate Realty Investments as your real estate broker.
- Once registered, Rebata suggests that you print out the Representation Agreement for your records
4) Immediately upon registering with the home builder, Rebata will notify a representative of the home builder that you are represented by Rebata and want to earn Cash Back.
5) Upon visiting the community to view your desired homes, Rebata encourages you to take the Representation Agreement along with you and present it to the home builder representative at the community.
6) When you are ready to purchase your home, sign the builder's standard contract and ensure that the home builder's representative identifies Rebata / Advocate Realty Investments as the Designated Broker representing you in the contract. Without this, the home builder will not undertake the necessary steps for you to earn Cash Back.
7) Once you have entered into a contract to purchase your new home, come back to Rebata to monitor the progress of your home.
8) Close on your new home and receive CASH BACK! Rebata will distribute your cash back in one of several ways including sending you a check within 2 weeks of your closing, providing a reduction in purchase price, crediting you at closing, or reducing your closing costs. The form of the cash back depends on the particular state law that the home is purchased.
9) ENJOY your new home and the CASH BACK.
