4 Easy Steps To Getting Your 1% Cash Back Rebate

1.	Register for a Cashback Request a coupon for as many Featured Builders as you would like to visit. Requesting a coupon is risk free and does not obligate you to purchase a new home or to work with Rebata.
2.	Bring the coupon to your first sales office visit. Print the Cash Back Coupon and bring it to the builder's sales office on your FIRST visit. This will identify you as an Rebata registered user and inform the builder that you learned about their homes from Rebata. Have the builder's representative sign and date the coupon. Keep a copy of the signed coupon for your records.*
3.	Sign a sales contract and fax documents to Rebata to claim your rebate. You've visited the builder communities you like, presented your coupon at each and found the home of your dreams. To claim your rebate**, fax a copy of both the signed coupon and signed sales contract to Rebata at 1-800-541-3395.
4.	Close on your new home. Close on the home for which you presented the Cash Back Coupon. Your rebate check from Rebata will be mailed to you within 10 to 15 business days after closing.

*Offer is not valid if potential buyer is accompanied by a non-Rebata real estate agent during registration or contracting, or if potential buyer has registered with a non-Rebata real estate agent at the Community previously.

**Rebate is 1% of the home's base selling price. Base price excludes options, upgrades and lot premiums. Rebate not available in Missouri. In addition, certain states (including but not limited to North Carolina, Tennessee and Oregon) require that incentives be given as either a credit at closing or as a reduction of closing costs or to appear on the HUD-1 settlement statement. Rebata reserves the right to pay the rebate in the form of paying closing costs, as a reduction to the purchase price, or otherwise based on the needs of the transaction if required by the lender, by another party to the closing or by applicable law. Rebate amount is based on Rebata's receipt of at least a 2.4% commission. If Rebata's commission is less, the rebate amount will be reduced accordingly.
